| Working Principle |
1. Pressure from the hydraulic/fuel system acts on the sensor’s diaphragm, causing it to deform slightly. |
| 2. The piezoresistive strain gauge on the diaphragm changes resistance proportionally to the deformation. |
| 3. An internal signal conditioning circuit converts the resistance change into a calibrated analog (0–5V/4–20mA) or digital (CAN bus) signal. |
| 4. The ECU receives the signal, interprets the pressure data, and adjusts engine/hydraulic operations (e.g., fuel injection timing, hydraulic valve opening) to maintain optimal performance. |
| 5. If pressure exceeds safe limits (e.g., hydraulic overload), the ECU triggers a warning light on the operator’s dashboard and may limit machine power to prevent damage. |
