• Function 

1. Core Function: Refrigerant Transmission
High-pressure loop: Carries high-temperature, high-pressure gaseous refrigerant from the A/C compressor to the condenser (where heat is released, and the refrigerant condenses into a liquid).
Low-pressure loop: Transports low-temperature, low-pressure gaseous refrigerant from the evaporator (which absorbs heat from the cabin air to cool it) back to the compressor for re-compression.

2. Pressure Isolation & Resistance
Withstand high pressure: On the high-pressure side (compressor → condenser), it endures pressures of 1,500–2,500 kPa (218–363 psi) and temperatures of 50–80°C (122–176°F).
Maintain low-pressure integrity: On the low-pressure side (evaporator → compressor), it handles pressures of 150–300 kPa (22–44 psi) and temperatures of 0–10°C (32–50°F).
